Track Your Order

You can log in to our official Shopify store website, find the "Account" icon in the upper right corner of the page, click it, and then select "My Orders" in the drop-down menu. After entering the order list page, click on the specific order you want to track, and you can view the detailed status updates of the order from order confirmation, stocking preparation, packaging and shipment to transportation. 

If you encounter difficulties when operating the website, or prefer to communicate by email, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Please send your order number, the name filled in when placing the order, and your question to VrezkOrja@hotmail.com. Our professional customer service staff will reply to your email within one business day (excluding holidays) to answer your questions about the order status in detail and provide the latest progress information.

If there are any conditions that may affect the delivery time, such as bad weather, transportation accidents, etc., we will immediately notify you through the contact information you have reserved, and negotiate a solution with you, so that you can wait for the delivery of your favorite vase with confidence.
